AdaCo Construction LLC | Full-Time | Atlanta Metro

Salary: $65,000 Annually + Performance Bonuses

AdaCo Construction is an established residential renovation company specializing in single-family home renovations, rental property rehabs, and property turns throughout Metro Atlanta.

We're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager with 2–3 years of residential construction experience who wants to build a long-term career and grow into a leadership position.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who understands construction, takes initiative, and wants to develop into a Senior Project Manager as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing multiple residential renovation and rental property turn projects throughout Metro Atlanta.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and daily work schedules.
  • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, workmanship, and completion timelines.
  • Review scopes of work and ensure contractors complete all assigned items.
  • Identify construction issues, delays, and potential cost overruns before they become problems.
  • Perform quality-control inspections, walkthroughs, and punch lists.
  • Maintain accurate project photos, updates, and documentation using company software.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, internal staff, and senior management to keep projects moving.
  • Assist with project budgeting, change orders, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in residential construction, renovations, property rehabs, or similar work.
  • Must own a reliable pickup truck suitable for daily travel between construction sites and occasional material pickups.
  • Working knowledge of residential trades, including painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Ability to read scopes of work and identify incomplete or poor-quality work.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, making decisions, and solving problems in the field.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use construction management software.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Based in or near Metro Atlanta.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, take on responsibility, and grow professionally.

The right candidate doesn't need to know everything, but they should understand residential construction, be comfortable managing subcontractors, and have the drive to become a strong Project Manager.

We value people who take ownership, follow through on commitments, and bring solutions rather than excuses.

Compensation & Career Growth

  • $65,000 annual base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Consistent pipeline of residential renovation projects.
  • Support from estimating and administrative teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple projects.
  • Clear opportunity to advance into a Senior Project Manager position.
  • Long-term career growth as the company expands.

If you have residential construction experience, own a reliable truck, and are looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role, we'd like to hear from you.
