Description
Construction Project Manager – ATI Group
ATI Group is currently seeking a motivated, solutions-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of ATI Group construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. The Project Manager will provide support and work directly with project superintendents to ensure metrics of a successful project are being met. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact and work with and coordinate all project stakeholders (investors, developers, architects, engineers, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Communication
- Provide consistent communication with all project stakeholders
Budget
- Develop detailed and accurate project budgets
- Provide financial management through project to ensure project financial goals are met
Contracting
- Write subcontractor scopes of work and execute subcontract agreements
- Negotiate/execute change orders in a timely manner and keep project stakeholders apprised of changes to the project budget
Accounting
- Review subcontractor/vendor invoices and create monthly pay applications
Subcontractor Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Schedule
- Develop project schedule and establish milestones
- Work with project team to update project schedule weekly and work with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are being achieved
Quality
- Oversee submittal and RFI management
- Support project superintendent to ensure quality of work in place is up to project standards
Regulatory
- Understand applicable codes and regulatory requirements
Safety
- Understand OSHA safety requirements and enforce safety regulations on project
- Work with subcontractors to review project safety plans
Project Closeout
- Collect necessary closeout information and compile/review with project stakeholders
- Manage warranty process
Educational and/or Experience Requirements
- 4-year degree in construction engineering/construction management or equal relevant experience
- 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Preferred
- Experience with scheduling software
- Experience with project management software (Procore)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Passionate about process improvement and open to new ideas (AI, new technology, etc.)
