  • Apply AI across the SDLC to accelerate discovery, requirements, development, testing, analysis, and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled features, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical solutions and tradeoffs.
  • Drive product adoption and continuously improve capabilities based on data and customer feedback.
  • Define and track KPIs for adoption, quality, cycle time, business impact, and ROI.
  • Ensure alignment with architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Manage product investments and resources with a focus on maximizing value and controlling cost.
  • Promote reusable, scalable product capabilities and best practices across TechEx.

Skills & Competencies

  • AI fluency and experience incorporating AI into product management and software delivery workflows.
  • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development tools.

  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation, data platforms, or operational systems preferred.
