You Bring:
- 5-8 years marketing and project management experience.
- 2+ years leadership or team management experience.
- Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns and large-scale projects.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Operational
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement marketing project management frameworks, processes and standards.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Executive teams to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, activations and launches.
- Ensure all projects are aligned to brand strategy, customer needs and commercial objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Senior Marketing Project Coordinator.
- Drive continuous improvement within project management processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and enhanced campaign performance.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple marketing projects from inception through to completion.
- Ensure project scope, timelines, deliverables and success measures are clearly defined.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed standards.
- Oversee resource allocation across projects.
- Ensure project reporting, documentation and governance requirements are maintained.
Budget and Stakeholder Management
- Develop and manage campaign and project budgets.
- Monitor expenditure and implement appropriate cost controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and partners.
- Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Performance Management
- Monitor campaign and project performance against defined objectives.
- Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations.
- Drive accountability and project excellence across the marketing function.
