Senior Sales Enablement Business Analyst

Join Aon’s Global Sales Enablement team in a role focused on helping the commercial organization grow, better support clients, and work smarter. As a Senior Sales Enablement Business Analyst, you will help turn business needs into scalable solutions, AI-enabled capabilities, stronger insights, and practical tools that improve seller productivity, client planning, pipeline visibility, and commercial execution.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from an Aon office, aligned to local Smart Working policy.

What the day will look like

As a Senior Sales Enablement Program Analyst, you will support pivotal initiatives that help Aon’s commercial organization drive growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver better client outcomes through improved execution, stronger insights, scalable solutions, and AI-enabled innovation. You will simplify the seller experience, increase adoption of sales technologies and emerging capabilities, and act as both a business analyst and project manager. You will partner across Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, Bid & Proposal Management, and regional commercial teams to find opportunities, build better solutions, and drive innovation from concept through adoption.

  • Support strategic programs that improve commercial growth, seller productivity, pipeline transparency, client planning, and the commercial organization’s ability to identify, pursue, and support client opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from commercial leaders and cross-functional strategy teams.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technology, reporting, and process solutions.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve workflows, automate manual effort, strengthen insights, and create better experiences for sellers and commercial leaders.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to define important metric frameworks, validate reporting logic, and develop executive-ready insights.
  • Create user guides, playbooks, training materials, communications, and field activation plans that support adoption.
  • Facilitate working sessions, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions to align priorities and drive decisions.

The role is highly cross-functional, giving you exposure to senior leaders and teams across Sales Enablement, Marketing, Bid & Proposal Management, Sales Operations, Data & Analytics, Technology, regional commercial leadership, and external platform partners.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to gather requirements, improve processes, and support technology, reporting, automation, or AI-enabled solution implementations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, business needs, and commercial outcomes into clear recommendations.
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with emerging tools, including AI and automation, to solve business problems and improve how teams work.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, leadership updates, training materials, or change management communications.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, written communication, and prioritization skills in a global, matrixed environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of proven experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$88000 to $110000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
