Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Belvoir, VA 22060Position Type: Full TimePosition title: Financial Execution and Operations Support, Systems Program Analyst Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance required: SECRET Scope: Provide program and data-analysis support across RTI business functions, including mission/customer funding data, manpower cost tracking, and systems-based reporting. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Update and provide reports on mission and customer funding utilizing the BusinessObjects (BOBJ) interface. Support manpower cost tracking throughout the fiscal year for government and contractor employees. Provide troubleshooting and reporting support for the DoW Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS). Support SharePoint and records/document storage assessments and recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I). Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I). Active Secret clearance. Proficiency with Army financial/data systems and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report program and funding data. Desired Qualifications: Experience with GFEBS/EMPOWER and BOBJ reporting. Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG program support.
