Sr. Backend Developer

At Arionkoder, our Innovation Team is searching for a Backend Developer who thrives on pushing boundaries and sharing their journey through impactful communication. What You’ll Do

  • Experiment and Build: Rapidly prototype and iterate on backend solutions, creating POCs to explore new ideas and validate use cases.
  • Collaborate Creatively: Partner with frontend developers, ML engineers, and domain experts to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Integrate Thoughtfully: Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems, optimizing their performance for scalable, real-world applications.
  • Optimize and Secure: Build scalable, secure systems using AWS services and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Mentor and Lead: Guide team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
  • Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, etc.).
  • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

Extra skills that can make you stand out:

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog).
  • Familiarity with conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), Computer Vision or ML based predictive models is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and debugging tools.
  • Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., SQS, SNS, Kafka).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
  • Understanding of database optimization and performance tuning for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
