Associate Finance Analyst
Location - Exton, PA
Position Summary The Associate Finance Analyst role is responsible for overseeing sales commission calculation, tracking, and payout processes for a defined sales region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for sales colleagues and other employees involved in commission – based compensation plans. The Associate Finance Analyst collaborates closely with various teams, including sales, finance, and human resources to maintain efficient commission operations.
We are looking for a talented colleague with exceptional analytical and strong communication skills to join our Sales Planning & Accountability(SPA) team as an Associate Finance Analyst based out of our NAOU Sales Region. If you are interested in working in the SPA team, please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Standardize and maintain compensation calculations in collaboration with sales leadership and finance
- Ensure compensation – related policies, procedures, and guidelines are documented, communicated, and adhered to by all stakeholders
- Respond to sales colleagues' inquiries regarding their incentive results
- Accurately calculate monthly sales colleagues Incentive payments based on predefined rules and metrics
- Review results with Sales Executives/Leadership
- Interacting with Sales colleagues, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Finance Operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven numeracy and literacy skills
- Detail-orientated and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Ability to work self-directed and independently, with excellent time management
- Enjoy working with colleagues globally, using your persuasive communication skills, cultural sensitivities and diplomacy
- Proficient in MS Excel, Experience with MS Access a bonus
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer
