As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Launcher you will have the opportunity to: 

- Learn and contribute to the full lifecycle of technology services, from development and deployment through monitoring, operation and continuous improvement. 

- Work with engineers to monitor system availability, performance and overall health. 

- Support the design, development and improvement of reliable and scalable technology solutions. 

- Help identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems and contribute to improving system reliability and resilience. 

- Develop automation and scripting solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. 

- Gain exposure to software development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, CI/CD and DevOps practices. 

- Support software delivery processes and learn how code is tested, validated and promoted across different environments. 

- Participate in incident investigation and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. 

- Collaborate with engineering, development, operations and product teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. 

- Work as part of a global team across multiple technology hubs and geographies. 

- Continuously learn and explore new technologies, tools and approaches to improve reliability, automation and engineering practices. 

What we’re looking for 

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or accelerated master's programme, graduating in summer 2028

- Availability for 6 month internship starting in Feb 2027

- Studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or a related technical field. 

- Basic understanding of software development, algorithms, data structures and/or computer systems. 

- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, C, C++, Go or similar. 

- Exposure to software development projects, automation, cloud technologies, CI/CD, DevOps or distributed systems through coursework, internships, projects or personal learning is a plus. 

- Basic understanding of version control and software development tools such as Git is a plus. 

- Interest in designing, analysing and troubleshooting reliable and scalable systems. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting. 

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve - engineering practices. 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.
