グローバル企業の日本法人向けに提供するITインフラ運用サービスのDelivery Managerポジションです。約4,000名のユーザーを支えるエンドユーザーコンピューティングおよびITインフラサービスの運営を統括し、サービス改善、顧客満足度向上、プロジェクト推進をリードいただきます。顧客IT部門に近い立場で、戦略的な提案から実行まで幅広くご活躍いただけます。

【主な業務内容】

  • 顧客IT部門におけるITインフラサービス運営全般の管理
  • PC、Mac、モバイルデバイス（iPhone、iPad）に関する運用・保守サービスの管理
  • サーバー、ネットワーク、ストレージ関連サービスの運営および改善推進
  • ITインフラ関連プロジェクトへの参画およびプロジェクトマネジメント
  • 顧客へのサービス改善、効率化、運用高度化に関する提案活動
  • 提案内容の実装計画策定およびデリバリー統括
  • 収益管理、リソース管理、協力会社管理および人材育成
  • 顧客およびグローバルステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよび関係構築
  • インシデントや重要課題発生時のエスカレーション対応

Requirements

【応募条件】

  • ITインフラ領域におけるProject ManagerまたはDelivery Managerとしてのマネジメント経験
  • スコープ、品質、コスト、リスク、リソース、ステークホルダー管理などプロジェクト・サービスマネジメント経験
  • 顧客およびグローバルステークホルダーとの調整・折衝経験とビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力
  • リーダーシップを発揮し、サービス改善や顧客価値向上を主体的に推進できる方

【尚可条件】

  • ITインフラ関連プロジェクトにおけるPM経験
  • PMPおよびITIL資格保有者
  • PC、モバイルデバイス、エンドユーザーサポート領域の知識・経験
  • サーバー、ネットワーク、ストレージ運用に関する知識・経験
  • 顧客向け提案活動や新規・追加案件創出経験
  • 収益管理、人材育成、協力会社管理など組織マネジメント経験
