Job Description

What will you do?

• Drive the execution of multiple business-critical projects by identifying needs, removing roadblocks, and aligning priorities.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current systems, tools, and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape technical strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and digital transformation.

• Tech Stack:• Language: Java

• APIs & Web Services: Experience building and consuming RESTful services

• Proven experience leading technology projects and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content
• Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
