Job Requirements Overview
-The Marketing Project Manager drives clarity, alignment, and execution across cross- functional marketing teams by proactively managing workflows, resources, and communication. This role ensures that projects are well-scoped, strategically aligned, and delivered on time by coordinating a multidisciplinary team of creatives, digital specialists, and studio production team members. The Marketing Project Manager serves as both a process leader and a customer-service–oriented partner to internal stakeholders.
-Reports to the Executive Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
-The Marketing Project Manager has five major responsibility areas:
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage the full life cycle of marketing projects from intake to delivery
- Ensure projects are clearly scoped, properly briefed, and aligned with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Team Management & Resource Coordination
- Lead a cross-functional team consisting of creative, digital, and production team members
- Balance workload and capacity across the team to optimize efficiency and output
- Identify resource needs and proactively address gaps or constraints
- Ensure the team has the information, tools, and support needed to succeed
Stakeholder Communication & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project requesters
- Build strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive updates
- Manage expectations around timelines, scope, and deliverables
- Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through a service-oriented approach
Process & Workflow Optimization
- Establish, maintain, and improve project management processes and workflows
- Drive consistency in project intake, prioritization, and execution
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve team performance
- Utilize project management tools to track work and provide visibility
Meeting Leadership & Reporting
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and planning sessions
- Track milestones, risks, and action items to ensure accountability
- Provide regular reporting on project status, team capacity, and performance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time project delivery rate.
- Accuracy of timelines, forecasts, and budgets.
- Team utilization and workload balance.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
- Number of projects successfully delivered per cycle.
- Reduction in project delays, bottlenecks, and scope creep.
- Efficiency of project workflows and processes.

Working Conditions
- Standard office environment with regular office hours, but may require additional hours for events, meetings, and other activities.
Work Experience Qualifications & Experience
Required
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
▪ 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
• Preferred
▪ 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
▪ Experience working with cross-functional creative, digital, and production teams.
▪ Experience in a fast-paced, agency or in-house marketing environment.
