Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop modern user-facing features using React.js.
  • Design and build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components.
  • Translate wireframes and business requirements into high-quality code.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (preferred) or Java/Spring Boot.
  • Build end-to-end solutions across UI, services, databases, and integrations.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with React Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT.
  • Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C# (preferred) or Java, Spring Boot.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Good to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript, Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ).

AI-Assisted Development (Good to Have)

  • Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, documentation, and debugging.
  • Understanding of responsible and secure use of AI tools in software development.

Non-Technical Skills

  • Team player.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time-management and stakeholder management skills.
