Job Description
Report the ICS status within defined scope to Regional Information and Cybersecurity Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and deliver security projects ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements, drive for stakeholder buy-in.
- Perform thorough security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and design effective risk management strategies as counter measures.
- Collaborate with and consult cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into new and existing systems and applications.
- Implement and ensure compliance in regard to security policies and processes to secure confidential information in defined scope.
- Lead and support Information & Cyber Security (ICS) related on-site reviews, internal/external audits and compliance assessments in different locations.
- Offer advisory and consulting services on security best practices, emerging threats, and industry standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on security-related issues and solutions. Provide hands-on support whenever necessary.
- Monitor security incidents, conduct investigations, and develop response strategies.
- Efficiently manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) in IT security, showcasing a strong grasp of network security and offensive security knowledge, i.e., familiarity with security tools and technologies.
- Project management expertise, participated / lead multifaceted IT security projects.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO27001, TISAX and GDPR.
- Knowledge of China Cyber security Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP,CISA, ISO27001LA or PMP are highly advantageous.
- Willing to travel.
