Full description

Do you know how to turn a complex technology story into a narrative that moves executives to act? The AWS Product Marketing team is looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager who will shape how enterprise customers understand and engage with AWS's AI delivery capabilities.

AWS is investing in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), a business unit that embeds production-grade AI engineers directly inside customer environments to deliver production AI systems quickly. Alongside FDE, our consulting and advisory services through AWS Professional Services accelerate migration, modernization, and AI transformation at scale. In this role, you will define the marketing strategy across both portfolios — customer profiles, use cases, go-to-market motions, and channel activation — partnering with services leadership, sales, analyst relations, public relations, and account-based marketing (ABM) teams.

Key job responsibilities - Define and own the marketing strategy for both portfolios, including targeting, segmentation, messaging, and channel mix, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns over time. - Lead launch strategies for business unit announcements, coordinating across public relations, analyst relations, and channel activation to ensure crisp, timely delivery. - Craft executive-level storytelling and sales enablement materials — messaging playbooks, first-call decks, and one-pagers — for global field teams. - Partner with ABM teams to plan and execute campaigns and events that reach enterprise decision-makers. - Activate C-suite customer references and success stories across key industries, turning real outcomes into compelling proof points.

About the team Our cross category product marketing team sits at the intersection of AWS's services organization and the broader marketing function. We support the company's most important narratives and market the services that enable customers to be success with AWS technology. We work closely with services leadership, ABM, sales, and public relations to bring AWS's expertise to market. We are a collaborative, inclusive group that values curiosity and creative problem-solving. If you are energized by translating technical depth into clear, persuasive narratives that reach the right audience at the right time, this is the team for you.

Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for technical products or services

Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to create executive-level content - Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise go-to-market motions
