We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep AWS
expertise and proven experience leading GitOps practices using ArgoCD. You will
design, automate, and scale secure, high-availability infrastructure and CI/CD
pipelines that enable rapid, reliable delivery of our flagship product. Beyond
hands-on engineering, you’ll play a key role in driving DevOps best practices,
mentoring teammates, and shaping platform architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and manage AWS environments (multi-account,
multi-region) with focus on scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Design and implement GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using
ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and related tooling.
Lead adoption of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices
(Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane).
Build and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including
Helm-based deployments and cluster lifecycle management.
Automate provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows
across environments (dev, staging, production).
Implement DevSecOps practices, including compliance
automation, security scanning, and secrets management.
Establish and evolve monitoring, logging, and observability
(Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
Partner with developers to ensure seamless application
integration and rapid, reliable deployments.
Mentor fellow engineers, drive cross-team DevOps best
practices, and influence architecture decisions.
Participate in and continuously improve the on-call rotation
supporting mission-critical systems.
Requirements
Main Reqirements
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
3+ years hands-on AWS or GCP/Azure in production
environments, with strong expertise in: EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SQS,
VPC, Route53; designing secure, scalable, multi-account architectures.
3+ years Kubernetes experience, including Helm, operators,
and production-grade cluster management.
Experience with CI/CD platforms especially ArgoCD (Argo
Workflows a strong plus), or GitHub actions- Must
3+ years IaC experience with Terraform – Must
Experience in Pulumi/Crossplane -advantage
Strong automation/scripting (Python, Bash).
Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Datadog,
Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)- advantage
Extensive experience using AI-powered development and engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar tools to improve productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and software delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
skills.
End-to-end project execution experience in enterprise-scale
environments.
