In this position...

- In this role, you will own the product discipline around Ford Credit’s automation program. Ford Credit operates a large and growing production bot portfolio across critical domains, including claims, policy administration, financial reconciliation, compliance, and regional operations. As the Product Manager – Automation & Intelligent Workflows, you will act as the "connective tissue" between the business stakeholders who originate demand and the engineering teams that deliver technical solutions.
- This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that directly shapes what gets built, what gets retired, and how value is measured and reported across the enterprise. While you will work closely with highly technical teams, your primary focus is on strategic product leadership—acting as the business-driven visionary who understands the underlying technology deeply enough to orchestrate high-impact, scalable AI and automation solutions.
