Senior Backend Engineer – Node.js

Overview

A leading technology organization in the UAE is seeking experienced technology professionals for Finacle Migration Consultant. This role will support enterprise technology initiatives, architecture, migration, application development, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation.

The successful candidates will bring strong technical expertise, enterprise-level experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js.

• Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, databases, GraphQL, and distributed services.

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications.

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, API gateways, JWT/OAuth/SSO, and Kafka.

• Troubleshoot performance and production issues and contribute to technical architecture.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience; 14+ years overall preferred.

• 10+ years of Node.js experience.

• Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, databases, and TypeScript.

• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Kafka.

• Banking / Financial Services / Fintech experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree / postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or related field.

• Degree attestation required.
