Benefits
Full description
Roboyo AI is a category shaper in Applied AI and Agentic Automation. We help leading enterprises move from automation projects and AI experiments into governed, production-grade systems that execute real work across workflows, processes, products and services.
Our heritage is in scaled enterprise automation; our future is Applied AI and Agentic Automation: autonomous agents, AI engineering squads, process orchestration, data and knowledge foundations, and human-in-the-loop governance embedded deeply into how our clients operate.
We are not here to sell AI theatre. We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs.
About the role
Roboyo has built a unified, global data platform on Microsoft Fabric, with a medallion-architecture single source of truth for Finance, Operations, HR and other business functions; and a Power BI corporate reporting layer to steer the business.
We’re looking for a senior BI professional to take ownership of this foundation, keep it reliable and cost-efficient, and evolve it as the business and the Fabric ecosystem move forward.
This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and direct exposure to C-level stakeholders. You’ll be the technical owner of the platform end to end, from ingestion to semantic models to usable data and reports leadership uses to make daily and strategic decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own and evolve the Microsoft Fabric platform: capacity sizing, performance, scalability, availability and cost control
- Maintain and extend the metadata-driven pipelines that integrate data from Salesforce/Kantata, Dynamics 365, Workday and business-created sources
- Develop and maintain the medallion (bronze/silver/gold) lakehouses/warehouses, serving both human and agentic workloads
- Design and deliver semantic models and Power BI reports that provide one version of the truth for key business metrics and KPIs
- Run Power BI governance: workspaces, access control, release management, app embedding and user adoption
- Partner with C-level and business leads to scope, prioritise and deliver new analytical products
- Ensure data quality, documentation and continuity of existing products while refining them
- Track Fabric’s rapid roadmap and adopt new capabilities where they add value
- Promote a data-driven culture by supporting stakeholders in their data initiatives
What you bring
Essential experience:
- 7+ years in BI / Analytics Engineering, with proven Microsoft Fabric production experience, both technical (Lakehouse / Warehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, Notebooks) and governance-wise (security, access control, monitoring)
- Strong data modelling skills – dimensional modelling, medallion architecture, advanced SQL
- Deep Power BI expertise – semantic model design, DAX, performance tuning, governance
- Experience building robust metadata-driven, automated ingestion frameworks
- Experience integrating enterprise sources; such as CRM, PSA, ERP and HRIS systems
- Ability to translate business needs and concepts into reliable data products and metrics, and communicate confidently with senior leadership
- Comfortable working independently with high accountability and partnering strategically with other business functions to achieve successful outcomes
Desirable experience:
- Building or scaling a BI function
- Fabric capacity management and cost optimisation experience
- Preparing data and designing architectures for AI/agentic workloads and use cases
- Using AI as an accelerator and work multiplier (maintenance, development, data quality)
- Harnessing both Fabric and the larger Microsoft ecosystem AI capabilities (Fabric Apps, Fabric IQ, Ontologies, Foundry, Copilot 365)
- PySpark / Python and Git-based CI/CD and deployment pipelines
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600, DP-700 are a nice-to-have

- A growth-focused environment where you are empowered to develop, excel, take ownership, and make a meaningful contribution.
- Real impact from day one, with the opportunity to bring forward ideas, take initiative, and influence how we work and what we build.
