We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of OT Network Operations Engineer in Qatar.
The role focuses on maintaining operational technology (OT) network infrastructure, supporting reliable industrial connectivity, configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, and maintaining secure network communication.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, OT network segmentation, and packet-level troubleshooting. CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain OT network infrastructure to support reliable operational connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity failures, network latency, and communication protocol issues.
- Maintain network device configurations, VLAN assignments, and firewall access rules.
- Support secure OT network segmentation, demilitarized zones (DMZs), and remote access connectivity.
- Analyze network logs and packet captures to identify root causes of incidents.
- Monitor network performance and assist with preventive maintenance.
- Document network configurations, troubleshooting activities, and maintenance changes.
