Project Manager

Chippewa Government Solutions LLC, a Sault Tribe Inc. (“STI Federal”) company, is searching for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to be a key part of our expanding team!

Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

  • Lead specific contract projects and assigned personnel across multiple locations.
  • Exercise authority toidentifyandallocateresources necessary to support TA (Technical Assistance) requests effectively.
  • Implement and enforce quality control programs to ensure TA delivered is of the highest quality.
  • Manage multiple tasks, personnel, and subcontractors simultaneously to meet programobjectives.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Education: MA/MS degree.
  • Experience:
  • Senior-level professional with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Typicallyoperatesindependently on high-visibility or mission-critical program aspects.
  • May oversee the work of junior staff orbe responsible forall personnel assigned to specific project efforts.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and/ormaintaina federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q clearance levels.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience: 
  • Expertisein managing personnel and resources.
  • Experience overseeing subcontractors and concurrent project tasks.
  • Demonstratedproficiencywith the Salesforce platform.

  • Environment: Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office, remotely or possibly on client sites as needed.
