2027 BNY Analyst Program – Product Management
BNY’s Delivery/Product/Design Practice plays a key role in shaping and delivering products, platforms and experiences that meet client needs, support business goals and drive innovation across the firm. The Product Management Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to product development, delivery execution, market research, process improvement and client-focused design. In a collaborative, fast-paced environment, analysts will gain insight into the product lifecycle, support analysis and documentation, and work across product, design, business, operations and technology teams to help bring thoughtful, effective solutions to market.
What you will do
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to help inform product priorities and positioning.
- Support roadmap development by organizing requirements, synthesizing feedback, and helping teams evaluate trade-offs.
- Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to help move ideas from concept to launch support.

Analyst Program Our 24-month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. Program eligibility:
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
