Job Description & Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles
  • Minimum 7 years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing consultants and senior consultants
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industry verticals
  • Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy
  • Demonstrated experience with OT regulatory frameworks: NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA SD-02D, NIST CSF, DOE C2M2, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience
