We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager - Services with 10–15 years of experience to lead the development, evolution, and growth of service-oriented products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong product thinking, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work across business, technology, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
This role involves owning the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will translate business objectives and customer problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements while ensuring that solutions deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
- Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends to develop differentiated service-oriented product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, design, sales, marketing, operations, and business teams to drive successful product delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage data, business metrics, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, and operational performance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify dependencies, resolve product challenges, and maintain alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with relevant commercial and operational teams.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, scalability, and improved customer experience.
- Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional team members where required.
Required Experience and Qualifications• 10–15 years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in product management or closely related roles.
- Strong understanding of software product management principles and practices.
- Experience managing complex products, platforms, or technology-enabled services from concept to launch and beyond.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technology constraints, and operational requirements.
Good-to-Have Skills• Prior experience in Software Product Management for B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or service-based products.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, automation, or other technology-driven products.
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, customer journey mapping, and service design.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Understanding of commercial metrics such as revenue, margins, customer acquisition, retention, and product profitability.
