Full description

PassportCard Labs is where innovation meets impact. As the technological powerhouse behind PassportCard, we design and build cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize the insurance industry. Whether it's real-time claims payments or predictive analytics, our Labs team is at the forefront of driving change and shaping the future of insurance. Ready to innovate with us?

About the role

You will own AI products end to end, from discovery with the business, through vendor and platform selection, to production launch and measured business impact. This is not a roadmap-only role. You will be in the tools, prototyping with LLM platforms, writing and testing prompts, reviewing agent conversations, querying data and building working demos yourself before handing anything to engineering.

What you'll do

  • Own the full lifecycle of one or more AI products: problem framing, PRD, launch, iteration and scale-up.
  • Work directly with business units (service, sales, claims, underwriting) to turn operational pain points into measurable AI use cases.
  • Build hands-on: prototype agents and internal tools on approved platforms, test them yourself, and iterate on prompts, flows and guardrails.
  • Analyse agent performance data and drive quality improvements.
  • Define and track product KPIs tied to business outcomes.
  • Partner with GRC, legal, privacy, security and data teams to move solutions through our AI SDLC and governance gates, including EU AI Act obligations.
  • Manage AI vendors and technology partners across evaluations, POCs, commercial and delivery milestones.
  • Support our AI Center of Enablement: help business builders scope, build and safely deploy their own solutions, and know when to escalate to professional development.
  • Manage backlog, sprint planning and releases in a fast-moving, multi-country environment.
  • Track the market and bring back what's actually usable: new models, agent frameworks and platforms.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, with at least 1 year on AI/ML or GenAI products.
  • Hands-on builder. You have personally built and shipped something with LLMs, whether an agent, an automation, an internal app or a data pipeline. Please tell us what, and show us if you can.
  • Working fluency with GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG, agents and tool use, prompt and context engineering, evaluation and guardrails. You know what breaks in production and why.
  • Comfortable with data: SQL or equivalent, building your own analyses, defining metrics and reading dashboards without waiting for BI.
  • Experience working with enterprise vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, including security, legal and compliance.
  • Strong written English, with clear PRDs and crisp executive communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data, business or a related field.

Advantages

  • Insurance, fintech or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Conversational AI, contact-center or voice-agent products.
  • Experience with AI governance frameworks or the EU AI Act.
  • Hebrew, and experience with multilingual products.

Why this role

You'll own products that are already live and used by real customers, with direct access to executives and a mandate to scale AI across the group, not a lab experiment with no path to production.
