Job Overview
Forge is seeking a powerhouse Digital Graphic Designer to serve as the key execution partner to our Head of Design and Innovation.
We are looking for a modern, multi-disciplinary maker who sits at the intersection of elite integrated graphic design, advanced prompt engineering, and high-velocity digital production. This role requires an absolute master of traditional execution who also understands how to natively leverage generative AI workflows to supercharge output speed and scale.
While you will be a hands-on production force, you also bring a strong sense of UX/UI design to the table, ensuring that everything you build is not only visually stunning but structurally intuitive across digital platforms. You fundamentally thrive in the execution phase, taking macro visions, prompts, and concepts and turning them into flawless, high-volume deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Design & Execution: Deliver exceptional digital layouts, branding, social media assets, and interactive materials by blending traditional graphic design mastery with modern, AI-augmented asset generation.
- UX/UI Application: Apply a sharp sense of user experience and interface design to digital layouts, web assets, and app concepts, ensuring clean hierarchies, intuitive user flows, and responsive design systems.
- High-Volume Production Design: Take full ownership of the end-to-end production pipeline. Build mechanicals, manage complex master design systems, upscale assets, and optimize final files across multiple digital and tech-driven platforms.
- Vision Translation: Partner closely with the Head of Design and Innovation to take high-level creative strategies and tech concepts and build them out into tangible visual reality.
- Prompt Engineering & Asset Iteration: Utilize advanced prompt methodologies to rapidly prototype, iterate, and generate high-end visual components based on strategic creative briefs.
- File Hygiene & Operations: Maintain immaculate file structures, layer organization, and asset management across shared workspaces, ensuring all team outputs match strict quality standards.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Clearly articulate the technical execution and production logic behind visual outputs to internal cross-border teams and international clients in fluent English.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in integrated graphic design, UX/UI layouts, and high-volume production within fast-paced advertising, tech, or creative agencies.
- The "Eye": A stellar portfolio showcasing flawless craft in traditional design (expert typography, composition, vectors, and manipulation) paired with functional UX/UI screens and real-world applications of generative AI pipelines.
- Language: Professional fluent proficiency in English (Minimum C1)—must be entirely comfortable collaborating across our Bogotá and Los Angeles hubs.
- Tool Mastery: Expert, lightning-fast proficiency in Figma and the core Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator). Strong proficiency or working knowledge of Affinity, Canva, and Cinema 4D is highly advantageous.
- Technical Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset upscaling, aspect ratio adaptation, digital formatting, and advanced responsive web/app preparation.
- Autonomy & Grit: A self-starter obsessed with execution and efficiency, who thrives under tight deadlines and can take a loose brief or a prompt and run with it.
