Mobileye is looking for a talented Senior Backend Python Developer to join our team building a next-generation, large-scale Data Platform.

The autonomous vehicle industry generates massive amounts of data. Our challenge is to make this data accessible, reliable, and usable across the organization, empowering AI/ML developers, validation teams, analysts, and more.

We are building a cloud-based, distributed platform using modern technologies, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and innovation.

What will your job look like?

  • Design and develop large-scale, cloud-based backend services and data processing platforms.
  • Build scalable, high-performance solutions based on microservices architecture.
  • Take ownership of features and services, from architecture and implementation to production.
  • Explore and integrate modern technologies, including LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
  • Collaborate with talented engineers, solve complex technical challenges, and continuously improve engineering practices.
  • Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Spark, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, LLMs & AI Agents.

All you need is:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong Python skills and experience building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Experience with databases, microservices, containerized applications, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and experience delivering production-grade software.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents, including tool calling, workflow automation, and production deployment.
  • Familiarity with LangGraph, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, or similar agent frameworks and platforms.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies, ETL pipelines, Spark, Kafka, or distributed data processing.
