Your Role

As an AI Gateway Platform Service Catalog Specialist with Capgemini, you will support the creation and operation of a governed, searchable catalog for MCP services, tools, large language models, and AI agents. You will establish consistent information structures and lifecycle workflows that enable onboarding, discovery, ownership, and adoption across the AI Gateway Platform.

In this role you will:

  • Define and maintain the catalog information model, taxonomy, mandatory metadata schema, and ownership rules.
  • Establish onboarding, validation, review, publication, and retirement workflows.
  • Coordinate metadata collection with service owners, platform teams, architects, and governance stakeholders.
  • Populate and maintain the catalog for agreed MCP services, tools, large language models, and AI agents.
  • Improve service discoverability, documentation quality, and catalog adoption.
  • Create reusable service-description templates, contributor guidance, and documentation standards.
  • Implement quality controls and governance checklists for catalog entries.
  • Track catalog completeness, ownership, freshness, usage, and governance compliance.
  • Produce catalog KPI reports and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Deliver user guidance, contributor workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and handover documentation.

Your Profile

  • Relevant experience in service catalogs, developer portals, API products, information architecture, or knowledge management.
  • Understanding of MCP, APIs, large language models, AI agents, metadata, and service discovery.
  • Strong information-architecture, documentation, taxonomy, and governance skills.
  • Experience defining onboarding and lifecycle-management workflows.
  • Ability to coordinate technical owners and drive consistent adoption across teams.
  • Experience tracking quality, completeness, ownership, freshness, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Clear professional English and the ability to produce concise documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Apigee, API management platforms, developer portals, or enterprise service catalogs.
  • Experience supporting AI platforms or generative AI ecosystems.
  • Google Cloud Platform knowledge.
  • French language skills.
