A Salesforce Administrator manages, configures, and customizes the Salesforce platform to help companies use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system effectively.

JOB DUTIES:

  • User Management: Create new user accounts, reset passwords, assign permissions, and deactivate users when they leave.
  • Data Management: Import data, delete duplicates, create backup routines, and set validation rules to keep records clean and safe.
  • Object/Field Management: You may be required to create new fields or objects depending on business needs, whilst ensuring internal authorization is gathered and Salesforce best practice is followed to prevent technical debt.
  • Platform maintenance: Change UI elements to meet business needs (i.e. page layouts)
  • Security & Access: Control who can see specific data using profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
  • Process Automation: Build automated workflows and approval processes to save time and reduce manual work.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards so leaders can track business goals.
  • User Support & Training: Train employees on how to use the system and troubleshoot daily issues

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting users and maintaining Salesforce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data management, user administration, reports, and system functionality.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data integrity, and CRM data governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience working within a Salesforce org, either as an administrator or advanced end user, with a good understanding of platform capabilities.
  • Professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal business settings.
