Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Content Developer with 3–4 years of professional content writing experience to create marketing content that converts and engages prospects and clients in US public sector, nonprofit and Salesforce markets. The role covers the full content range, from email campaigns, case studies and use cases to presentations, client pitches, social media and award submissions. It combines market and competitor research with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud email delivery, so Brite does not depend on a single developer. This role can eventually lead the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaigns: Write B2B email campaign copy, newsletters and nurture sequences, and support their planning and scheduling.
  • Case Studies & Use Cases: Write case studies, use cases, blogs and thought-leadership pieces based on client outcomes and SME input.
  • Presentations & Client Pitches: Develop presentation content and client pitch material tailored to public sector and nonprofit buyers.
  • Social Media Content: Write social media posts and coordinate with the designer and the US teams on creatives, timing and approvals.
  • Asset Coordination: Work with the designer to obtain all social media, event, webinar and other marketing assets for content development.
  • Award Submissions: Draft and coordinate award nominations and submissions, including gathering evidence

and client quotes.

  • Market & Competition Research: Research market trends, buyer needs and competitor positioning, and turn the

findings into content that converts.

  • Senior Leadership Interviews: Interview senior leadership in the US and other subject-matter experts, and turn their insights into

thought-leadership blogs.

  • Salesforce CRM Marketing: Use Salesforce CRM to maintain campaign, contact and lead records linked to content and

campaigns.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Build and maintain HTML email templates and Content Builder assets, and complete QC

before each send.

  • Marketing Analytics: Track content, email and social performance (opens, clicks, engagement, conversions) and

report insights.

  • Brand Consistency: Keep messaging and brand voice consistent across all content, and work with the designer on visual alignment.
  • AI

Tools: Use Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar tools for research, drafting and analysis.

  • SOPs:

Create and maintain SOPs for content production, approvals and Salesforce email workflows.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

  • 3–4 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, government or nonprofit content.
  • A portfolio showing a range of formats, such as email campaigns, case studies, use cases, presentations or pitch decks.
  • Experience researching markets and competitors and applying the findings to content that engages and converts.
  • Experience interviewing senior leadership and subject-matter experts and turning their input into accurate, structured content.
  • Working

knowledge of Salesforce CRM for marketing (campaign, contact and lead records).

  • Strong

written English and attention to accuracy, fact-checking and approval workflows.

Must-Have Skills

  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong team-playing and collaboration skills, including cross-cultural collaboration with US and India-based teams.
  • Stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and following through across Sales, Presales, Marketing and Technical teams.
