Kyotec, a member of the Weclad alliance, is a leading player in the design, manufacture and installation of eco-responsible architectural façades for large-scale projects.

Your responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Preparing for and attending project meetings (preparatory meetings, internal and external coordination, etc.);
- Managing client relations;
- Monitoring the project’s finances (progress reports, final accounts, management of client invoices, etc.);
- Monitoring the project schedule;
- Ensuring the operational management of the project;
- Managing procurement (selection of suppliers, requests for quotations, analysis of tenders, negotiations, etc.);
- Ensuring the administrative monitoring and archiving of the project;
- Organising and attending after-sales service meetings.
Travel may ba required.
Ideal candidate
With a higher education qualification, you have at least 3 years’ experience in construction site management and a very good understanding of technical trades (waterproofing, external joinery, façades).
You have a keen interest in technical matters, the ability to synthesise and analyse information, and you are able to manage your operations independently.
You are comfortable using English, versatile, a skilled negotiator, responsive, and able to foster a genuinely positive atmosphere in your dealings with all your contacts.
