Full description

We are The Workery. We're bringing our hands-on training model to the UK, and we need a Senior Digital Learning Project Manager to lead the charge.

Your mission? Take our proven French digital training model, adapt it, build it out, and deploy it for a British audience. You will ensure the pedagogy is flawless, the local standards are met, and the learners get exactly what they need to change their futures. It will take heavy lifting and sharp organization, but it's there for the making.

What You'll Do

Run the UK Projects

  • Adapt the Model: Restructure our educational approach for the UK market, working closely with our UK technical experts.
  • Drive the Production: Coordinate the creation of all English content.
  • Track the Progress: Manage every phase of the project in Notion, navigating the complexities of an international rollout.
  • Deploy the Tech: Help adapt and roll out our internal tools (CRM, Back Office, LMS) for the UK.
  • Own the Result: Deliver on time, on budget, and up to The Workery's absolute standard of quality.

Build the Content

  • Transcreate: Adapt French training content into English—ensuring it hits the mark culturally, linguistically, and pedagogically.
  • Create from Scratch: Build additional English materials—scripts, storyboards, quizzes, interactive resources, and videos—working with our media team and experts.
  • Structure the Learning: Break down complex skills into clear learning objectives, accessible modules so learners can master their craft.
  • Build it Online: Design and integrate content directly into our LMS (EasyGenerator).
  • Produce & QA: Help organize video and podcast shoots. Test the modules, spot the bugs, fix them, and report on progress.

What You Bring

This role is for you if:

  • You have flawless, lived-in English (both written and spoken). You have worked in fully English-speaking environments, and you have a deep, practical understanding of the UK training market.
  • You are a Digital Learning expert. You know the pedagogy inside out, and you know exactly how to structure a course that gets results.
  • You own the tech. You don't just use digital tools; you optimize them. Notion, Google Suite, Canva, EasyGenerator, and LMS platforms are second nature to you.
  • You lead from the front. You know how to rally a team around an ambitious project and keep them moving.
  • You are rigorous, incredibly organized, and agile. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You don't wait for answers; you find them.

The Benefits

  • A structured onboarding process to get you moving fast.
  • Flexible working with remote work options (télétravail).
  • Solid health insurance (mutuelle).
  • 50% transport reimbursement and meal vouchers (tickets restaurant).
  • A free vocational training course to build your own hands-on skills.

The Details

  • Contract: 9-month fixed term (CDD).
  • Location: Paris, 16th arrondissement.
  • Start Date: ASAP.

This is your next step. It's in your hands.
