What You’ll Do
- Lead & Architect: Own the end-to-end frontend architecture of our BaaS mobile applications.
- Collaborate: Work within a high-octane, cross-functional Agile team (Devs, QA, DevOps, and PMs).
- Mentor: Guide and elevate mid-level developers while establishing coding best practices and robust CI/CD pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years dedicated to production-grade Flutter & Dart apps.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and designing scalable state management (Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, automated testing, and DevOps integration.
