Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time DevOps Engineer to join our team in your choice of our Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Dallas, TX, or Broomfield, CO locations. Position Overview

The DevOps Engineer will join the DevOps Engineering team, supporting a range of digital engineering teams as they develop, build, test, and deploy their solutions to the cloud. Each DevOps Engineer is assigned to specific engineering teams and serves as their single point of contact for DevOps support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles, policies, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues between on-premises environments and the cloud.
  • Partner with engineers on CI/CD pipeline and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tasks.
  • Participate in regular internal standup meetings with the DevOps Engineering team.

Education & Experience (Required)

  • High school diploma (a college degree is not required).
  • 5–7 years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role.
  • 5+ years of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud experience.
  • AWS Associate or Professional-level certification(s).

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and YAML-based CI/CD systems.
  • Proficiency writing and deploying AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation templates.
  • Proficiency with AWS MLOps and AI services (e.g., SageMaker Notebooks, Bedrock, ECS/EKS, IAM).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and technical communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and skilled problem solver when troubleshooting issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Associate or Professional-level Azure certification(s) related to DevOps, Development, or Architecture.
  • Proficiency with AWS firewall and network configuration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
  • Experience with NVIDIA GPUs for AI use cases, specifically from a cybersecurity and governance perspective.
