This is an on-site role, working 4 days per week from our office in Broxburn.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of packaging and labelling across all product ranges, reporting to our Head of Product Programme Management.
  • Management of our internal Product Packaging & Labelling team.
  • Delivery of both in-flight NPD projects and ongoing in-market updates.
  • Connect internal and external teams, aligning Product, Creative, and external suppliers to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.
  • Drive delivery to brief, ensuring milestones align with product launch dates while ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards set by technical leads.
  • Optimise costs and platforms across packaging assets to drive delivery efficiencies and simplify range management.
  • Champion the customer experience, balancing exceptional out-of-box moments with our sustainability goals.
  • Track, control, and unblock progress across multiple assets simultaneously, mitigating risks before they impact launch schedules.
  • Coordinate with print and manufacturing suppliers to manage lead times, proofing handoffs, and final asset delivery.
  • Maintain full delivery visibility through clear project schedules, status reporting, and standardized workflows.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Delivery-focused mindset – driven to push projects across the line, hold teams accountable, and hit tight deadlines.
  • Cross-functional orchestrator – skilled at aligning product, creative, regulatory, and supplier teams.
  • Highly organised – adept at managing multiple moving assets across complex NPD and in-market schedules.
  • Proactive problem solver – quick to spot bottlenecks, clear blockers, and mitigate delivery risks early.
  • Strong communicator – clear, confident, and articulate when managing stakeholders and setting expectations.
  • Proven PM experience – track record of delivering physical products, packaging, labelling, or complex print/creative assets in consumer goods.
  • Line management – experience of formally or informally managing, mentoring or coaching individuals
  • Supplier management – hands-on experience coordinating external manufacturing partners and print vendors to hit strict launch dates.
  • Pragmatic approach – comfortable maintaining standards and compliance without needing to be the technical domain expert.
