  • Monitor process KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and improvement initiatives.
  • Present recommendations, project results, and improvement opportunities to management.
  • Act as a change ambassador, supporting the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, operational excellence, shared services, finance, sales operations, or business transformation.
  • Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of Sales, After Sales, Order-to-Cash, or Cash Collection processes.
  • Experience with digitalization, automation, and change management.
  • Knowledge of SAP/S4HANA, Power BI, Power Platform, ServiceNow, RPA, or AI solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent German language skills to communicate with customers.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset.

What You Can Expect

You will join a highly visible regional team driving transformation across Siemens' business processes and working closely with business leaders, digitalization experts, and continuous improvement professionals.

This is an opportunity to have a tangible impact on operational excellence, customer experience, and digital transformation across the CEE region.
