KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership
- Set and enforce UiPath development standards, architectural patterns, and delivery frameworks across your team's projects
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex automation challenges, integration issues, and solution design decisions
- Review and validate solution designs, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Oversee the quality of UiPath deliverables across all project stages — design, build, test, and deployment
- Stay ahead of UiPath platform developments and translate new capabilities into improved delivery approaches
Delivery & Project Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor project KPIs, proactively manage risks, and put mitigation plans in place before issues escalate
- Ensure compliance with Roboyo's internal delivery processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent engagements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, with hands-on architectural expertise in UiPath.
- Proven track record operating as a Technical Lead, successfully managing, staffing, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong command of advanced software engineering principles and CI/CD operations, including proficiency in SQL, Git version control, and core programming languages required to build custom automation components.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the proven ability to conduct technical workshops, elicit granular business requirements, and negotiate complex architectural decisions with non-technical executives.
Strong Plus:
- Hands-on development or architectural experience in Blue Prism (highly valuable for reading and reverse-engineering the legacy codebase).
- Proficiency in building custom automation components using C#, .NET, or Python.
- UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or document understanding tools into RPA workflows.
