Full description
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for low-complexity projects in coordination with the project owner.
- Develop a simplified execution plan covering timeline, key activities, and required resources.
- Monitor day-to-day execution and ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and approved budget.
- Identify potential risks and escalate to the senior project manager when action is required.
- Organize periodic progress meetings and document minutes and decisions.
- Close out projects, hand over deliverables, and document lessons learned.
- Monitor project teams' compliance with PMO-approved templates and methodologies.
- Consolidate and review project status reports; prepare a periodic unified report for management.
- Maintain and update RAID logs and project trackers.
- Support updates to portfolio-level dashboards.
- Support organization and archiving of project documentation in line with quality and governance standards.
- Participate in compliance checks against approved PMO procedures and standards.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and internal stakeholders at the operational level.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the senior project manager on larger initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in project management or PMO support functions.
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals aligned with PMI / PMBOK standards.
- PMP certification preferred, or actively working toward PMP certification.
- Good proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate reports.
- High attention to detail and reliable adherence to deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and interest in developing a long-term career in project management.
