Data Analyst / Data Lineage Consultant
Location: Warsaw (Hybrid – average 60% office presence)
Rate: Up to 110 PLN/h
Language Requirement: English (Fluent)
We are currently looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Data Lineage Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in mapping data flows and maintaining technical documentation to support data governance initiatives.

What you will be doing:
- Reviewing and analyzing databases alongside existing technical documentation.
- Understanding and accurately mapping data flows between various systems and databases.
- Identifying data sources, transformations, and final destinations.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive data lineage documentation.
- Updating and managing data lineage information directly within the IBM IGC tool.
- Collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to clarify data dependencies.
- Supporting the wider project team with data-related analysis and documentation.
What we expect from you:
- A solid foundational understanding of databases, data flows, and data structures.
- Good knowledge of SQL, combined with experience in database / DW / BI testing.
- Ability to analyze and validate data while actively identifying discrepancies.
- Basic working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Basic project management experience.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with IBM IGC.
