Senior Product Manager – Learning

UKG Ready is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product execution by providing clear direction and ownership across the entire software development lifecycle. This role will lead product teams within Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning domains, requiring strong abilities to define, prioritize and deliver high-impact capabilities in an increasingly AI-augmented development environment.

Responsibilities:

Own and prioritize the product backlog for HCM Learning capabilities, ensuring alignment with product strategy, customer value, and business outcomes Partner with Product Leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities within the Learning domain Translate product strategy into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a focus on clarity, quality, and execution spee Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iteration execution with engineering teams Collaborate closely with engineering teams operating in AI-assisted development environments, ensuring requirements are structured for clarity, precision, and efficient downstream execution Apply modern product practices that leverage AI to improve requirement quality, iteration speed, and team productivity Actively identify and remove impediments impacting sprint and release goals Deliver functional demonstrations and support stakeholder reviews Contribute to and maintain high-quality product documentation Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, GTM) to support successful product launches

Qualifications:

4+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong preference for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning domain expertise Technical experience with platform-to-platform integrations, including data and operational requirements to sustain and grow critical Learning services. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements for both human and AI-assisted consumption Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in Agile environments and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams Experience using AI tools to enhance day-to-day product work (e.g., drafting/refining requirements, synthesizing feedback, accelerating workflows)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in AI-augmented or AI-first software development environments, leveraging tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to accelerate product discovery, planning, and delivery. Demonstrated ability to evolve product management practices by applying AI to improve product requirements, accelerate iteration, enhance decision making, and increase team productivity. Experience defining and delivering integrations between enterprise platforms, APIs, and third-party systems. Proven track record of successfully bringing new products or major product capabilities to market. Domain expertise in one or more Human Capital Management (HCM) areas, including HR, Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Payroll. Experience managing enterprise SaaS products throughout the product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap through launch and ongoing optimization.
