Digital / Digital Product Manager II- Mobile

As a Digital Product Manager II, you lead development for a major feature set, workflow, or segment of a larger product. You own the roadmap and are trusted to drive outcomes with minimal oversight. You connect high-level business strategy to detailed execution and ensure your area of ownership is delivering measurable impact.

Essential Functions

• Own and evolve the roadmap for a key capability or product vertical
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable epics and user stories
• Drive prioritization based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value
• Lead discovery efforts, including interviews, prototyping, and data analysis
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure dependencies are managed
• Track performance metrics and lead regular initiative reviews
• Identify and mitigate risks to delivery, customer experience, or ROI

Additional Details:

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key capabilities within the FedEx Mobile app
• Drive the definition and delivery of new mobile capabilities that improve customer value and advance the FedEx digital experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams to modernize the FedEx Mobile experience through new customer-facing capabilities
• Shape the future of the FedEx Mobile app as a key touchpoint within the broader FedEx digital customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products, including experience leading mobile products
• Strong understanding of mobile user experience principles, customer engagement, and mobile product best practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging product analytics, customer research, experimentation (A/B testing), and KPIs to inform product decisions
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, marketplace, travel, financial services, or other complex digital ecosystems

Location Details:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
