We are searching for the best talent for Business Intelligence and Automation Analyst
Purpose: We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to support business by developing and maintaining dashboards, analytics and workflow automation solutions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and improve business efficiency and decision-making process through data visualization, workflow automation and analytics platforms.
You will be responsible for:
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements, operational challenges and opportunities into process improvement, digital and business intelligence solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline and improve process efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Build and enhance business applications to support operational processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing dashboards, automated workflows and Power Platform applications.
- Develop documentation and provide user trainings or support for implemented dashboards and automation solutions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization (e.g. Power BI), automation (e.g. Power Automation, RPA), applications (e.g. Power Apps) and programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high degree of autonomy, demonstrating the ability to independently identify issues, analyze root causes, develop or enhance practical solutions and ensure data accuracy and business usability
- Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agility in leveraging AI, automation or analytics tools to translate data into clear insights or digital solutions
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred:
- Experience working in medical device or healthcare industry for digitalization initiatives
- Familiarity with data governance, access control, validation or compliance requirements in a regulated environment
