We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead complex product challenges from discovery to delivery, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to build exceptional enterprise experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep UX expertise, strong product thinking, and modern AI-powered ways of building products.

At SysAid, we're building AI-first enterprise software used by thousands of IT teams worldwide. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead complex product challenges from discovery to delivery, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to build exceptional enterprise experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design quality within one or more product pods, small cross-functional teams of Product, Design, and Engineering focused on solving customer problems together.
  • Lead UX research, discovery, and problem framing.
  • Design complex workflows and user experiences from concept to production.
  • Drive excellence across UX research, interaction design, and overall user experience.
  • Work in AI-first, code-first product development workflows.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and delivery.
  • Improve design processes, tools, and team workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Design experience, including at least 3 years designing complex B2B or enterprise products.
  • Experience designing AI-first products or AI-powered experiences.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent UX, interaction, and visual design skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools as part of the design process.
  • A builder mindset with high ownership, pragmatism, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Comfortable working with codebases, repositories, and frontend technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  • Experience with analytics or experimentation platforms such as Mixpanel.
  • Experience designing products for IT professionals or other complex technical domains.
