Our partner is an innovative, fast-growing technology company developing next-generation connected digital platforms and smart physical-digital ecosystems. Their technology transforms complex data into seamless, real-time user experiences across global markets.
We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their Product & Engineering organization to drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary tech initiatives and high-impact digital products.
Mission:
As a Technical Project Manager, your mission will be to own end-to-end project execution, bridging the gap between Product Strategy, Hardware, Embedded Engineering, Software Development, and Quality Assurance.
You will ensure that cross-functional engineering initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards. Working closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and Hardware Engineers, you will bring structure, eliminate bottlenecks, manage technical risks, and optimize cross-team alignment as the company scales.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-End Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and drive the execution of technical roadmaps, tracking progress across software, hardware, and embedded systems integrations.
- Agile & Process Delivery: Facilitate core Agile ceremony workflows (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlogs), continuously improving delivery velocity and engineering processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the main bridge between Product, Software, Firmware, Hardware, and QA teams to align dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
- Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify technical risks, operational bottlenecks, and scope creep, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact delivery timelines.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage resource allocation and workload planning to optimize team capacity across multiple concurrent technical tracks.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key project performance indicators (cycle time, release predictability, sprint burndowns) and communicate progress clearly to key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of accountability, operational excellence, and agile best practices across the engineering organization.
What we need:
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum Master roles within tech-driven product environments.
- Engineering & Technical Context: Proven track record of managing projects in software engineering, embedded platforms, connected devices, or hardware-software integration.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with practical experience tailoring frameworks to multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Tooling Mastery: Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, Notion) for tracking backlogs, dependencies, and roadmaps.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Strong ability to map complex cross-team dependencies, manage technical trade-offs, and solve operational blockers.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills to align technical teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders with clarity.
- Professional English level.
- Hybrid Work Model: Ability to work on-site at our Barcelona office 3 days a week.
Nice to Have

- Technical background (Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field).
- Agile or Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe).
- Familiarity with hardware/software release cycles and production handoffs.
What we offer:
- Join a fast-growing HealthTech company building a new generation of intelligent, connected health technologies.
- Work at the intersection of embedded systems, hardware, IoT, cloud, AI, and digital health.
- Drive project delivery for products already used by leading sports organizations and enterprise customers worldwide.
- Take ownership of high-impact technical initiatives, establishing best practices across engineering and product delivery.
- Collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team across Hardware, Software Engineering, AI, Data, and Product.
- Enjoy high levels of autonomy, ownership, and opportunities for professional growth as the engineering organization scales.
