KIRCO MANIX Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. Whether you're an established Project Manager ready to take the next step or an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to lead complex commercial projects, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while partnering with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. The level of the position will be determined based on your experience, leadership background, and demonstrated capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and project communications
  • Manage subcontractor bidding, negotiations, contracts, and performance
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture
  • Support business development efforts and client relationships

We're Looking For

  • Commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, estimating, and change management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction software preferred

Ideal Experience

  • Project Manager: Approximately 5-10 years of commercial construction experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Senior Project Manager: Typically 10+ years of experience managing complex commercial projects, mentoring project teams, and leading high-profile client relationships.
