Sr. Product Analyst – Development Sciences & Clinical Supply
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Product Analyst with a strong background in Development Sciences and Clinical Supply to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, domain knowledge, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering: Collaborate with DSCS users and gather requirements and use cases. Understand the SDLC process, GxP data products, and deliver key deliverables required post business analysis based on organization standards.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analyses of data for example from systems like LIMS, lab instruments, Signals. Have thorough knowledge of DSCS to support workstream like ingesting data from Lab instruments.
- Knowledge on pilot plant processes and data generated from systems like PI, Delta-V, SIPAT, MES systems etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams to gather requirements and analyze them for development team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of analytical methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product strategies and operational improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all analyses and reporting practices adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of DPTM domain
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, or Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in cloud technology for example in AWS.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
