Job Description

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (Network & Automation) to join a technical team responsible for a large-scale, highly automated enterprise infrastructure distributed across more than 80 locations and two datacenters. This is an excellent opportunity for versatile professionals with cross-functional experience in networking, systems administration, monitoring, and automation, who enjoy taking ownership of the environments they manage and working within a challenging and technologically advanced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and support the network infrastructure, including LAN/WLAN, VLANs, routing, VPN/IPsec, and multi-vendor firewall environments.
  • Administer Linux and Windows servers supporting the Network Team infrastructure.
  • Deploy, optimize, and operate monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds and Centreon, continuously improving alert quality and operational visibility.
  • Extend infrastructure automation by contributing to Ansible playbooks, roles, and Source of Truth data management through Nautobot.
  • Participate in infrastructure deployments, site migrations, and incident resolution activities within a controlled change management framework.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Provide N2/N3 support for infrastructure and network-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure, network, or systems administration roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with:• LAN/WLAN technologies
  • VLANs
  • Routing protocols (OSPF and/or BGP)
  • VPN and IPsec technologies
  • Firewalls in multi-vendor environments
  • Experience administering Linux environments (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu) and Windows servers.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions such as SolarWinds, Centreon, Grafana, or Prometheus.
  • Scripting skills using Python and/or Bash.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Proxmox.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Strong English skills (B2-C1 level) and knowledge of French is considered a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, and inventories).
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and pull requests.
  • Knowledge of Nautobot, NetBox, or Source of Truth concepts.
  • Experience with technologies such as Arista, F5, Check Point, or Fortinet.
  • Exposure to network simulation and lab environments, such as Containerlab.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, particularly within the financial or banking sector.
