About The Role

  • Manage data analytics, market research, overall market performance and requirement based on BD proposals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business growth opportunities that inform Business Development strategies.
  • Leverage the IQVIA dashboard to analyze market data, monitor performance metrics, and deliver actionable business intelligence to key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous self-development in the medical sales industry and DKSH's business practices, building subject matter expertise that supports evolving business development needs.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Will Deliver

  • The Business Analyst is a key contributor within the Business Development (BD) team, leveraging market research and data analytics to generate insights that strengthen DKSH's strategic growth in the medical sales industry.
  • BA enhances business visibility and enables data-driven decision-making that directly supports DKSH's competitive positioning in the market.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a detail-oriented approach to interpreting complex data.
  • Well-organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Degree in Business Administration, Business Solution, Marketing or other related studies.
  • Minimally 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
  • Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
  • Good negotiation skills with commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively with leaders and teams.
  • Good communication, presentation skills
  • SAP system experience is an added advantage
