- Location: Sydney-based role, open to other locations
- On-site Requirement: 2-3 days per week in the office
- Why On-site? This is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction, making in-office presence essential.
What’s the role?
You’ll be joining Everyday Banking where the work you do shapes how millions of customers experience everyday banking. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead end‑to‑end outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives and digital transformation. You’ll take ownership in setting business direction, overseeing initiatives, and ensuring business case objectives are achieved.
Partnering with product, design, digital, tech, engineering, operations, risk and other business stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment. In this hands-on role you will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from shaping priorities to defining, and governing the target-state operating model.
You’ll bring strong product judgement, commercial acumen and a track record of turning strategy into measurable customer, business and operational outcomes in complex environments.
What do I need?
- Strong experience in product ownership or product management within banking or financial services.
- Prior Banking or Digital Product Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery in complex, transformation-led environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices.
- Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, bridging business and delivery teams, and influencing outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build strong relationships
