🚨 URGENT HIRING – SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER | HEALTHCARE / PBM 🚨

📍 Location: Remote

We are looking for strong Senior Product Manager profiles with extensive Healthcare domain experience. PBM experience is preferred/secondary.

🔑 Must-Have Experience:

8+ years of IT / Digital Product Management experience

5+ years in a true Product Manager role

Strong experience leading product teams end-to-end

Healthcare industry experience

Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle

Hands-on experience with Epics, Features & User Stories

Strong story writing and backlog management experience

Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business & IT teams

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to define product vision, strategy and roadmap

Experience handling risks, issues, roadblocks and strategy challenges

Strong Agile / Scrum experience

Ability to translate business needs into technical/product solutions

Technically inclined with understanding of cloud platforms and product technologies

Experience with product execution, release planning and production readiness

⭐ Preferred:

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)

Healthcare / Pharmacy domain

CSPO / SAFe POPM certification

UX / Design collaboration

Product analytics, telemetry and success metrics

❌ Not a Fit:

Short-term project-based profiles

Primarily Program Manager profiles

Primarily Product Analyst profiles

Scrum Master profiles without strong Product Management ownership

Candidates without long-term experience with an organization/product team

We need someone who can hit the ground running, understand the product space quickly, work independently, manage stakeholders, and drive the product lifecycle end-to-end.
